Portfolio dashboard

Goal Keep several connected clients in view on one page, see each company's open tasks, and switch into the client account you want to work in.

The portfolio dashboard is the home screen of your partner account, reachable at /dashboard. It brings every connected client together on one page, shows each company’s key details and open tasks, and lets you switch into a given client account with one click. From here you can also invite new companies or connect them using their company key.

Sign in with your portfolio account. Cenedril opens the portfolio dashboard directly, with the greeting, your portfolio’s name, and the three areas Invite New Company, Connect New Client, and Connected Clients.

Get an overview of your clients

Review connected clients

In the Connected Clients area, each connected company appears as its own row. For every client you see the company name, plan and status as badges, plus details such as website, year founded, country, number of users, and the account owner. The Access to line shows which features the client has granted you access to.

Check each client's open tasks

Inside every client row, the Tasks card summarizes that company’s next open tasks, with priority and status. Use View all to open the client’s full task list. If the client has not granted you access to its tasks, the note No access to Tasks for this client appears instead.

Switch into a client account

Pick a client from the list

Click the row you want in the Connected Clients area. Cenedril selects that client and opens its view. From now on you work in the context of that company.

Switch from the sidebar

At the top of the sidebar sits the Select Client field with the name of the currently selected client. Use it to switch to another connected company at any time, or reset the selection with Clear Selection.

Result: the portfolio dashboard gives you an overview of every connected client, including key details and open tasks, and you can switch into a given client account either by clicking its row or through the selector in the sidebar.

Frequently asked questions

Why don't I see any companies on the dashboard yet?

While no client is connected, the “Connected Clients” area shows the note “No companies connected”. Connect a company first using its company key, or invite it by email.

How do I switch into a client's account?

Click the client's row in the “Connected Clients” area. Cenedril selects that client and opens its view. The client then also appears in the “Select Client” field at the top of the sidebar, which lets you switch at any time.

Why don't I see any tasks for a client?

A client's tasks only appear if the client has granted you access to them. Without access, the task card shows the note “No access to Tasks for this client”. The client's admin controls this access.

What do the badges next to the company name mean?

They show the client's plan and status, for example “Professional” and “Active”. Below them, “Access to” lists the features the client has granted you access to.

Can I withdraw a pending invitation?

Yes. Under “Pending Invitations”, each invitation that has not yet been accepted has a trash icon you can use to delete it.
