Manage billing

Goal Review the current plan, change tier or billing interval, and manage the payment method and invoices through the billing portal.

The Billing page gives the owner the current plan, the next payment, and the saved payment method at a glance. From here you switch tier or billing interval and open the billing portal, where invoices, payment methods, and cancellation live. Access is reserved for the owner.

Open billing and review the plan

Open Billing

In the sidebar open the Billing area. The page is reachable only by the account owner.

Review the current plan

The Subscription Details card shows the current plan (e.g. Professional) with its billing interval, and under Team size the number of seats, the unit price, and the resulting total per month or year.

Check next payment and payment method

The Next Payment card names the next billing date and the expected total. The Payment Method card shows the saved card with the last four digits and the expiry date.

Change the plan

Choose the interval

In the Manage Subscription Plan area, use the toggle to switch between Monthly and Yearly. For yearly billing Cenedril shows the Save 20% hint.

Select the tier

Below it, select the tier you want. The currently booked tier is marked. As soon as your selection differs from the current booking, the confirmation button appears.

Confirm the plan change

Click Confirm Plan Change. Cenedril switches the subscription, settles the difference on your next invoice, and then updates the figures in the cards above.

Manage payments and invoices

Open the billing portal

Under Manage Payment & Billing, click Go to Billing Portal. The portal provided by Stripe opens, where you manage payment methods, view the invoice history, download invoices, and cancel if needed.

The “Go to Billing Portal” button leads into the portal provided by Stripe.

Result: the current plan is visible at a glance, a desired tier or interval change is confirmed, and through the billing portal you manage payment methods and invoices.

Frequently asked questions

Who can see and change billing?

Only the account owner. The page is owner-protected. If you transfer ownership to another person, access to billing moves with it.

What does the team size mean for the cost?

Cenedril bills per seat. The “Subscription Details” card shows the number of seats, the unit price, and the resulting total per month or year.

When does a plan change take effect?

As soon as you confirm the plan change. The difference is settled on your next invoice, and the updated figures then appear in the cards above.

How do I cancel or download invoices?

Through the “Go to Billing Portal” button. The portal is provided by Stripe and holds invoice history, payment methods, and cancellation.

Why don't I see a real subscription?

In the demo environment a fixed example subscription is shown and no real billing account is contacted. Plan changes and the portal are available only in a production account.
